Japanese fan

When i was a small girl i used to play with a Japanese fan that my father had brought home from Japan when he was a sailor. I used to love this fan and treasured it like it was made with diamonds. I still have it and still love it. So this cake is copy of my dearest things i have from my childhood. The cake is a Orange-cofe   cake filled with dark-bitter chocolate cream and white chocolate cream.

This cake is made of  Vanilla cake with cherries filled with homemade orange jam and orange cream. It became like an orange bomb, so much orange taste at once,oh my...

This cake is for Kira's one year birthday.  The cake is a Orange cake with strawberries and white chocolate-hazelnut cream.   

A little bit of cake is lovely, a lot of cake is heavenly . Last week i made cake for 200 people. It became a lot of cake, and i mean a lot. I made 4 huge 6 kilos cakes and 3 mousse cakes. I decided it would be boring to just make the same taste on all of them so i made :
